DIVINE ORIGINS OF THE NAME

As you all may know, Lord Dhanwantri emerged during the Samudra Manthan (churning of the cosmic ocean), carrying the pot of Amrit (nectar of immortality) in his hands. He is revered as the God of Ayurveda and the Divine Healer in ancient Indian tradition. It is in his honor that our company is proudly named “Dhanwantri”,
embodying his spirit of healing and wellness for all.

It is in his honor that our company is proudly named "Dhanwantri", embodying his spirit of healing and wellness for all.

Where a family of Vaidyas began their sacred mission. Armed with the wisdom of Rishi Munis, guided by palm-leaf granthas, and fuelled by the desire to heal — they started creating medicine the way Ayurveda truly intended: with patience, purity, and purpose.

That was the birth of Dhanwantri.

The redesigned logo represents wholeness and purity, symbolizing 100 years of Ayurvedic legacy.

At its center is the Kalpavriksha, the mythical wish-fulfilling tree, symbolizing growth, energy, and abundance.

The human figure within the logo reflects the harmony between nature and humanity, representing balance and well-being.

The roots embody our deep foundation and rich legacy since 1921, while the branches signify growth and forward thinking.

The six petals illustrate the six key divisions of Dhanwantri Pharmaceuticals.
