WHEN ARE RETURNS & REFUNDS AVAILABLE?

We are happy to accept returns and provide refunds in the following situations:

✅ Returns Are Accepted If:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • The product received is defective

  • You have received the wrong item

In such cases, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unopened and unused

  • It should be in the same condition as received

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required

For safety and hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded.

DAMAGES OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We request you to inspect your order upon delivery.
If you find any damage, defect, or incorrect product, please inform us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it at the earliest.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Perishable goods

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available only in cases where:
