At Dhanwantri Pharmaceuticals, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, accurately, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders across India.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing time may be slightly delayed.


2. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

  • We currently deliver to all serviceable locations across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


3. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier service.


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time based on order value or special offers.


5. ORDER CONFIRMATION & DISPATCH PROCESS

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • For all COD orders, our team will contact you on the registered phone number to confirm your order details.

  • Orders will be processed and dispatched only after successful confirmation from the customer.

  • If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be placed on hold or canceled.

Prepaid / Online Paid Orders:

  • For all orders where payment has already been received (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, etc.), the order will be processed and dispatched directly without any confirmation call.

  • You will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.


6. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

  • You can use this link to track the delivery status of your order.


7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct and complete.
Dhanwantri Pharmaceuticals will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


8. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times.

  • If the order remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, it may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.


9. DELAYS IN DELIVERY

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier partner delays

  • Public holidays

  • Natural calamities

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Dhanwantri Pharmaceuticals shall not be held responsible for such delays once the order has been dispatched.


10. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and images of the package and product.
We will assist you as per our Return & Refund Policy.


11. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


12. PACKAGING

All products are carefully packed to ensure safety, hygiene, and secure delivery.
